Quotes will be given over the phone or emailed to you after a brief conversation so that we can tailor each and every job according to our customer`s specific needs.

Files are to be submitted as high resolution PDF with the fonts embedded. If you are sending native files be sure to package the fonts and links. We cannot be responsible for low resolution files, missing fonts or improper file formats and page layouts. All changes are to be requested in writing. Proofs will be supplied as pdf files unless otherwise specified. Proofing is your responsibility on all printing services. 15 minutes of pre-press time is included at no charge to you on every job. Files needing more time may require services from our Graphic Design department at the cost of $60.00 per hour billed in 15 minute intervals, or you can submit a corrected file at no charge. Incorrect files may delay deadlines. Please check files carefully before uploading them to insure your timelines are met.

Due to differences in monitors, inks, paper and printing equipment, colors will vary. Acceptable color will be determined by our printing professionals.

Our normal shipping method is UPS ground. You may choose as fast as overnight shipping if necessary. Shipments to more than one address will require additional charges. We are not responsible for damages and/or delays incurred during shipping. All shipments are sent signature required. Should you choose not to require a signature, you forfeit your right to claim damages or missing products.

Duplication of copyrighted material is prohibited and such jobs cannot be accepted.

All payments are to be made by credit card. For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Tell us what you want to pay program: If you choose to use this unique program, you will inform us in writing or via email all the statistics for your job followed by the amount you would like to pay. If your offer is rejected, you may increase your offer for reconsideration. If your offer is accepted, you have 24 hours to remit credit card payment in full including shipping charges in order to guarantee that price. If payment is not received after 24 hours Copy Inks shall have the right to reverse their acceptance of your offer. If you are not prepared to go forward with your order within 24 hours, but would like to hold the price we accepted, you may choose to make a non-refundable payment of $25 to hold that price for 30 days (the $25 will be applied towards your total payment if your print order with balance of payment due is received by Copy Inks within 30 days). At the end of 30 days, you will need to submit a new offer and $25 payment is forfeited.
